Non-governmental organizations in the field of cultural and technical heritage play a key role in preserving heritage and supporting local communities while facing increasing organizational and societal challenges. This study examines the factors influencing their organizational resilience and develops an empirically validated integrated resilience model. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining a quantitative survey with semi-structured interviews. The findings show that organizational resilience emerges from the interaction of organizational management, capabilities, learning, competence development, volunteering, partnerships, and organizational effectiveness. The proposed model advances the understanding of non-governmental organization management and provides a practical framework for strengthening organizational resilience and supporting sustainable sector development.
