Spremljanje na delovnem mestu kot učna izkušnja
Povzetek
V besedilu predstavljamo spremljanje na delovnem mestu (ang. job shadowing) kot aktivnost, skozi katero lahko posamezniku omogočimo, da pridobi vpogled v to, kakšno delo posameznik na nekem delovnem mestu opravlja, istočasno pa izkušnjo posameznika vzamemo kot izhodišče, iz katerega lahko izide učenje. V prvem delu besedila so predstavljena teoretična izhodišča učenja na delu in spremljanja na delovnem mestu, v drugem delu pa predstavljamo rezultate analize refleksij študentk po opravljenem spremljanju. Ugotovitve kažejo, da so študentke samo izkušnjo spremljanja doživele kot izjemno pozitivno, obenem pa tudi kot izkušnjo, ki je pri njih spodbudila razmislek o vprašanjih, povezanih z različnimi vidiki poklica. V zaključku razpravljamo tudi o tem, ali je spremljanje na delovnem mestu aktivnost, primerna za uporabo tudi v okviru študija za pedagoške poklice.
