3. Images and Tables
Captions for images and tables are placed below the respective element. The caption should include a sequential number and a title with the data source (e.g., Figure 1: Population Changes in Slovenia between 2010 and 2020 (Data Source: SURS, 2023)). Captions should be created manually; do not use automated functions for labeling and numbering.

4. Citation in the Paper
In papers, we follow the citation style according to APA or APA standard. Details of this citation style can be found in the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association. We present the rules for citation and referencing sources according to the 7th edition of APA standards, published in 2020.

a) In-text Citations

One author
Example:
Čepič (2018) or (Čepič, 2018)

Two authors
Insert "&" between both surnames.
Example:
Avsec & Ferk Savec (2019) or (Avsec & Ferk Savec, 2019)

Three authors or more
Every time (even in the first citation), mention only the first author and add "et al."
Example:
(Razpotnik et al., 2019) or Razpotnik et al. (2019)

If you have multiple sources with three or more authors, having the same initial surnames, you need to list all authors up to and including the first different one to avoid ambiguity.
Example:
Kapoor, Bloom, Montez et al. (2017)
Kapoor, Bloom, Zucker et al. (2017)

If the same idea or concept is presented by multiple authors and we want to cite all of them, separate them with a semicolon and arrange them in alphabetical order based on the first author's surname.
Example:
(Bagiati and Evangelou, 2015; Hu et al., 2017; Lee and Kemple, 2014; Zaranis and Oikonomidis, 2016)

If the same author or author group published multiple works in the same year, add letters a, b, c, etc. after the year. Use the same identifiers in the reference list at the end.
Example:
Kostanjevec (2004a, 2004b) or (Kostanjevec, 2004a, 2004b)

If we cite multiple works by one author, arrange them in chronological order.
Example:
(Foucault, 2008b, 2009, 2010).

b) References and Literature list at the end of the paper
Arrange the list alphabetically. Do not number the sources or add bullets before them. Use a period at the end of each reference, except for electronic sources.
