Povzetek

Ta kvantitativna deskriptivno-primerjalna raziskava je preučevala uporabo mul-timedije med osnovnošolskimi učitelji na Kosovu in v Severni Makedoniji. Po-datki so bili zbrani z vprašalnikom, ki ga je izpolnilo 298 učiteljev. Skupno je 79,5 % učiteljev poročalo, da multimedijo uporablja vsaj občasno, 46,3 % pa pogosto ali vedno. Najpogosteje so uporabljali YouTube, izobraževalne video-posnetke, kvize in glasbo, predvsem za utrjevanje znanja in spodbujanje interak-tivnega učenja. Uporaba multimedije se je statistično značilno razlikovala glede na državo in spol, pri čemer je bila pogostejša v Severni Makedoniji in med uči-teljicami, ne pa glede na predmetno področje. Učitelji brez predhodnega formal-nega usposabljanja so poročali o statistično značilno pogostejši uporabi kot us-posobljeni učitelji, vendar je zaradi sestave vzorca potrebna previdnost pri inter-pretaciji. Ugotovitve poudarjajo pomen pedagoške kakovosti, konteksta in ustreznega strokovnega izpopolnjevanja.
