Abstract

The study focuses on information and communication accessibility in Polish health care, with particular emphasis on geriatric patients. We aimed to identify and analyze legal barriers and institutional mechanisms that determine interaction effectiveness between older adults and public administration. The core of the research problem lies within the paradigm of demographic population aging, which creates the need to implement systemic communication solutions. Communication accessibility constitutes both a formal legal requirement and a key determinant behind the quality of the therapeutic process and the health safety of older patients. We employed two research methods: doctrinal and empirical.
