Analiza vsebnosti skupnih fenolov v skorji različnih genotipov murv (Morus sp.)

Murve (Morus sp.) so znane po bogatem profilu bioaktivnih spojin, zlasti fenolnih spojin, katerih vsebnost se razlikuje med rastlinskimi tkivi in genotipi. V tej študiji smo proučevali vsebnost skupnih fenolov v skorji enoletnih poganjkov različnih vrst in genotipov murv. Poleg tega članek primerja vsebnost skupnih fenolov med skorjo in listi. Študija je vključevala referenčne svilogojske kultivarje vrst M. alba in M. indica, dva lokalna slovenska genotipa bele murve ter križanca med belo in rdečo murvo (M. alba × M. rubra). Enoletni poganjki so bili vzorčeni v obdobju zimskega mirovanja, nato je bila skorja olupljena, liofilizirana in zmleta v fin prah. Vsebnost skupnih fenolov je bila določena z metodo Folin-Ciocalteu. Rezultati so pokazali značilne razlike v vsebnosti skupnih fenolov med vrstami in genotipi. Najvišja vsebnost je bila ugotovljena pri križancu M. alba × M. rubra [5,14 ± 0,01 mg ekvivalenta galne kisline (GAE) g⁻¹ suhe mase (DW)], najnižja pa pri svilogojskem kultivarju ‘Kokusou’ (4,60 ± 0,08 mg GAE g⁻¹ DW). Primerjava med skorjo in listi je pokazala, da so bile koncentracije skupnih fenolov v skorji nižje kot v listih. Rezultati kažejo, da tako genetsko ozadje kot tip rastlinskega tkiva vplivata na ravni fenolnih spojin, kar poudarja potrebo po upoštevanju teh dejavnikov v prihodnjih raziskavah bioaktivnih spojin pri murvah.
